Farm Production: Controlling orchard operations, labor, and costs paper-free and in real time

Centralizing costs, labor, and field activities on a single platform allowed oTrevo to move from reactive annual control to real-time financial management.

PROBLEM

The Challenge

oTrevo managed the operations of its stone fruit and pomegranate orchards through multiple Excel spreadsheets and documents shared on an internal cloud. Records came in from the field on paper and were manually entered at the office.

Costs only visible at the end of the campaign

Plant protection and service invoices were only entered at year-end close. During the campaign there was no way to know where actual costs stood.
