GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation
Personal Data: Any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, namely by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, or one or more specific elements of their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
Processing of Personal Data (processing): Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, as well as limitation, erasure, or destruction.
Data Controller: The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which, individually or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Data Processor: The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

This obligation applies to the extent of its processing, the retention period, and its accessibility. These measures ensure that personal data is not made available without human intervention to an indefinite number of individuals.
Limitation of Processing: Insertion of a mark on the personal data stored for the purpose of limiting its processing in the future.
