Tractors: Creating a User for the Add-on

To use the Tractors add-on, you need to add it to your Production Unit.

This process works as if you were adding a new user, so you will need to create an email address for this "new user," for example tratoresquintanova@gmail.com.

Once the email address has been created, follow these steps:

Step 1. Access the user settings


Go to the Settings menu and click Users.


 

Step 2. Add a new user


Click Add new in the bottom left corner of the Users card.



Step 3. Identify the new user


After clicking, a form with two options will open. Select the My company option, fill in the name Tractors Add-on and the email address you created earlier. Then click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner.


Step 4. Assign permissions to the user


After clicking the Next button, several checkboxes will appear; select only the two related to the Tractors Add-on.

Once you have selected the permissions, click the Invite button in the bottom right corner of the form. 

 

Step 5. Accept the invitation


To finish, log in to the email address you created for the add-on and accept the invitation that was sent. Once you accept the invitation, you will be able to configure the add-on on your field devices (phone/tablet).
