Can I create several Farms?

You can create several Farms using the blue New Farm button in the top right corner.

Can I update the Farm's characterization after it has been created?

You can update the characterization of your Farm(s). The characterization information will be updated; however, the calculations made in past records will not be updated. To do this, you need to update the past records.

The structure of the Farm:

  1. PLOTS: Identification by the plot code.
  2. SUB-PLOTS: Crop occupation in the respective Plot.
  3. HOMOGENEOUS ZONE: This is optional; it represents a group of sub-plots.
  4. IRRIGATION SECTORS: You can create an irrigation sector, which has no limitation in relation to Plots and Sub-plots. You just need to indicate which sub-plots are irrigated.

I added a new user to my company, but they don't appear in the list. Why?

  1. Check whether you entered the recipient's email correctly;
  2. Ask the recipient whether they registered using the link in the email they received following that invitation. Note that the email may be in the SPAM folder;
  3. If you confirm the previous points and the user still doesn't appear, contact us.

I added a user, but they can only access one of my Farms. Why?

User invitations are sent Farm by Farm, for security reasons. Each user only has access to the Farms made available to them, as well as to specific features (which may differ) within each Farm.
