How to Register Fruit Reception Records in the Kiosk

Since selling fruit is one of the most profitable operations during the campaign, it is important to have complete, simple, and easy-to-understand records to enable a thorough analysis of your production’s profitability.

Suggested screens for the fruit reception operation:


  1. Workers
  2. Operations
  3. Date
  4. Crop
  5. Quantity
  6. Quality parameters
 

Step 1. Choose Worker


Choose the worker who performed the task;If applicable, you can select more than one worker.
 
 

Step 2. Choose Operation


Select the Fruit Reception option on the “What Operation?” screen.
 
 
 

Step 3. Select Time Period


Select the date (a) when the operation was performed. If it happened over more than one day, click “More than one day?” (b) and select the end date.

 

Step 4. Select Crops


Choose the crops.
 
 

Step 5. Indicate Quantity


Indicate the quantity received;You can enter the quantity of fruit by unit of measure (kg/g/ton) or by packaging;If you do not yet have packaging configured in your Production Unit, you can see how to configure harvest

 
 

Step 6. Select Quality Parameters


Select the desired quality parameters.If you don’t have parameters configured, you can see how to configure quality parameters.
 
 

Step 7. Validate and Save


Check that all the fields in your record are correct;
You can duplicate or delete records;
If everything is in order, click Save.
