How to Register Absences in the Kiosk

Recording absences is essential to understand the working hours performed by a worker or group of workers. Thus, registering this information allows you to easily track the working hours completed by your employees.

Suggested screens for the absence operation:


  1. Workers
  2. Date
  3. Duration
  4. Break duration


Step 1. Select Worker


Choose the absent worker;If applicable, you can select more than one worker.

 

Step 2. Select Date


Select the date of absence (a). If it happened over more than one day, click “More than one day?” (b) and select the end date.
 

Step 3. Select Justification


Indicate the reason for the absence.
 

Step 4. Validate and Save


Check that all fields in your record are correct;
If needed, you can duplicate or delete records;
If everything is correct, click Save.
