This guide shows how to create and configure Farms using the Single Application import.
Step 1: Export the Single Application from IFAP
Access your Reserved Area on the IFAP Portal and download your Single Application(s) in PDF format. Follow these steps: Applications > Single Application > Submit/Amend/Consult > Select Application > Print

Step 2: Import the File in Wisecrop
Now let's import the file in Wisecrop.

Go to Connections in the top menu.

Click the blue button "New Farm" and choose the Import option.

In the window that opens, select the second option: IFAP - PU, P3, iE, iSIP Files.
- Click Next in the bottom right corner.
- Drag the PDF file to the indicated area or click to select it.

6. Marque a opção Importar Subparcelas para importar as culturas instaladas em cada parcela.
7. Click the Import button in the bottom right corner.
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
The import may take a few minutes, depending on the number of plots.
You will receive an email confirming whether:
- ✅ The import was successful
- ❌ An error occurred during the process
If an error occurs:
- Check that you followed all the steps correctly.
- Try importing again.
If the error persists, contact our support team.
Passo 4: Validar Importação
Após receber o email que confirma o sucesso da importação, por favor valide a informação importada.

Em Produção, aceda a Definições e clique na opção Unidades de Produção.

Clique na tab Parcelas

Valide individualmente cada Parcela para garantir que toda a informação está correta.

Descarregue o(s) Pedido(s) Único(s) na Área Reservada do Portal do IFAP

Conexões → Nova unidade de produção → Importar

Selecione IFAP - Ficheiros PU, P3, iE, iSIP

Marque a opção Importar Subparcelas

Carregue o ficheiro e clique em Importar

Aguarde o email de confirmação

Produção → Definições → Unidades de produção → Parcela

Valide as Parcelas e Subparcelas importadas
