Editing Records Created by the Tractor App

 Records from the Tractor App that are automatically imported into Wisecrop may sometimes need adjustments to correctly represent the activity performed.

To adjust these records, follow these steps:

Step 1.

On the Production page, access the Labor App (on the left side of the page);

Step 2.

Scroll down to the Work Hours card, click the filter button, and in the Source box select the option Tractor Add-on. This way, only records made through the add-on will be shown.

Then click on the record you want to edit.

Step 3.

Correct basic parameters:
  1. Edit worker;
  2. Edit task operation;
  3. Edit machinery;
  4. Edit implement.

Step 4.

Correct working hours:
  1. Division method should be set to Manual Entry;
  2. Total working hours:
    1. Start date and time;
    2. End date and time;
    3. Pause duration.
  3. Division of worked hours by subplot:
    1. If it is necessary to correct working areas by subplot, do this first (step 5);
    2. Use button [4] to distribute time proportionally to the worked area.

Step 5.

Correct worked area:

Note: Edits to areas made in route records do not edit areas in field activities.

  1. Distance – value recorded by the GPS of the Android device used;
  2. Working width;
  3. Worked area – automatic calculation based on the drawings of the parcels initially associated with the route, GPS measurements, and working width;
  4. Subplots associated with the route.
Editing subplots [4] associated with the route does not associate traveled distance based on their drawing. This process only occurs during the route. In this case, it will be necessary to recalculate the worked area using the method that best fits.

    Method to edit worked area:
  • Editing the Distance field [1] or Working Width [2] recalculates the Worked Area [3] ([1] x [2] = [3]);

  • Button [5] recalculates the worked area considering the sum of the area of all subplots associated with the route in [4];

  • Manually edit the Worked Area value [3].

Edit worked area by subplot [8]

There are three methods of division by subplot [6]:

  • Manual Entry:

    • The Calculate button [7] is disabled; you must manually edit the areas by subplot [8].

  • Division by Subplots:

    • The Calculate button [7] distributes the worked area equally among all subplots (it applies the same logic automatically to the hours).

  • Division by Area:

    • The Calculate button [7] distributes the worked area among all subplots proportionally to their total area (it applies the same logic automatically to the hours).
