The Farm must have a well-defined and organized structure where, within this, it can create its fields and crops or define its irrigation sectors.
To do so, follow the following steps:
Step 1. Add new Production Unit
Open Connections and click on the New Farm button in the upper right corner;
Step 2. Georeference the Production Unit
Write the location of your Farm on the card presented to you and click Next
By doing so we will start saving your Farm's climate data.
Step 3. Characterize Production Unit
Then look for your farm on the map and click to mark the location.
After clicking, a menu will open on the right side where you should:
a. Give the Production Unit a name;
b. Fill the area;
To proceed, click Create Farm in the lower right corner.
Step 4. Add new installment
Now you can add installments in two ways:

Drawing mode;

Import existing design (.kml or .kmz files);

Import IFAP installments.
